Cancellation Policy ~
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balance is due two months prior to your stay.
- If you have a need to cancel your reservation, we will do our best to fill the vacancy in order to offer a refund. However, this reservation has been held exclusively for you and we have turned away potential renters, thus suffering a loss if a refund is given. Please understand that we will do our utmost to gain a refund for you, but can offer no written guarantee of a refund.
COVID-19 Related Cancellations – This notice is applicable to all reservations made after March 25th, 2021.
We are aware of the uncertainty of the possible life changes that Covid can cause in one’s life. If you are experiencing difficulties due to Covid, we are very sorry for your struggles. Please call to discuss any needs for a refund. RRMS will be addressing refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
